Do you need an AI tool to turn a MOV into MP3?
No. The sound is already inside the file; the tool copies it out and saves it as an MP3. No AI is involved, and because it runs on your computer, the video is not sent anywhere.
Size and quality
One minute of sound from a MOV became a 1.4 MB MP3 at "Very good", whatever the size of the video. A screen recording with only speech sounds fine at "Good"; pick "Best" for music.
